Our Process


Our Client Care Managers have a combination of 40 years working in the Private and Public Sector.

Our experience includes managing and working with clients with a vast array of needs including Dementia, Adults with Autism, Mental Health Diagnosis, and all Nursing Care. 

At Liberty HomeCare, while providing in home care assisting with personal care needs, household chores or accompanying our client to a medical appointment, we also commit to ensuring our clients feel confident, independent and comfortable in their own home. In line with HSE guidelines and safeguarding vulnerable adults our team are thoroughly vetted to meet the standards required.


Standards of Care

All of our carers undergo a rigorous selection process that includes reference checking and Garda vetting. Our carers receive on-going training and support in order to meet the requirements of FETAC level 5 accreditation. Our Client Care Managers support each carer. Our distinct quality assurance is never compromised as all carers undergo regular reviews and spot-checks of their work. 

The standard of care to which we strive to achieve on a daily basis ARE:

  • A personal centred plan guides our carers to the individual needs of each client

  • Support, maintain and improve quality of life within the clients own home

Nursing and Social Care Managers

Our Client Care Managers come from highly trained and experienced backgrounds in Social and Nursing care. Our Client Care Managers will assess each client’s needs. A review will occur every one to three months on a needs basis. 

All of our qualified carers are:

  • Reference checked

  • Fully trained to minimum FETAC level 5

  • Insured

  • Have safe manual handling training

  • Garda vetted

At Liberty HomeCare our carers work within and strictly adhere to the company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.

After an in depth consultation with the client and family we carefully select the ideal carer taking into consideration.

We aim to have professional relationships with the client's GP.

We have worked with Public Health Nurses, Community Response Teams, Acute hospital services and many other service within the community.

Our fully qualified Care Manager will manage these relationships with a professional service level of documentation and follow up. We work closely with the client's family in order to maximise the service we provide.
